Is there a minimum order?
Minimum order quantities (MOQ) are set by each factory. We look for suppliers whose MOQ fits your plans and can negotiate it on your behalf.
How is quality checked?
Through our partners in China: supplier verification, factory visits and pre-shipment inspections with photo reports, before the goods are shipped.
Which shipping options do you offer?
Air freight, sea freight LCL (shared container) and FCL (full container), plus DDP options delivered to your door.
What does DDP mean?
Delivered Duty Paid: the seller side handles transport, import duties and customs so the goods arrive at your door with costs agreed in advance.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. We prepare the documentation and coordinate clearance at destination with licensed customs brokers.
How much does your service cost?
